The Magic of Aardman

Animation has always held a soft spot in my heart and ACMI in Melbourne's Federation Square is currently showing an excellent exhibition from the amazing Aardman studios. It's inspiring to see the progression of Nick Park's creative genius from doodles and basic sketches to elaborately detailed sets and characters. I pretended I was going for my daughters' sake but honestly, I'd happily go again. I could spend hours staring at some of those amazing sets and characters.
